How can you communicate powerfully so that others listen?
CFA Society India is hosting an interactive workshop for its women members to develop their leadership qualities and executive presence. This workshop will help you to create your own authentic brand statement, develop courage and conviction, and become a powerful communicator. It will also help you to identify behavioural traits that may be holding you back at the workplace.
This session is scheduled in the afternoon of Saturday, 16th March 2024, prior to our Annual Diversity Event at the same venue.

Taruun Kumar Bali
Taruun has an experience of 36 years, of which 23 years were with American Express and last 9 years as a leadership & management consultant. At American Express, he led several functions such as Foreign Exchange, Card Operations, Business Travel and Training. A seasoned operations leader, he was known to create a work environment that inspired employees to achieve their best and drive stellar results for the business.
Gifted with an ability to create a workplace rooted in principles of meritocracy and inclusion, he was admired by his subordinates, peers and superiors for the positive influence he drove across the organization.
Taruun has a rare talent to collaborate with key stakeholders and establish effective working relationships to align all groups in achieving larger objectives for the Organization. Striking such a collaboration he delivered a highly critical result at Business Travel unit for which he was awarded the Global President’s Award.
Taruun was Director (India Head) for Risk Operations and voting member for Bank Credit Policy Committee.
Whilst leading Training for Card Operations team with a span of 550 employees, he was instrumental in setting up wide range of effective learning curriculum. His work in areas of Performance Management, Employee Survey Action Planning and Change Management were highly applauded. He created the Leadership Program instituted for Performance Management for all of JAPA region at American Express.
