His insights in co-founding Fibe ( formerly Early Salary) provide an interesting perspective in the area of digital lending. Post his talk, Ashish will also be doing an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session, answering questions on his journey, experiences, challenges, etc .

Ashish Goyal
Ashish Goyal is the Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at Fibe, India’s largest consumer lending application for salaried individuals. He oversees the overall strategic direction of the company and focuses on enhancing Fibe’s market position and growth strategy, along with CEO and Co-founder, Akshay Mehrotra. Ashish also focuses on building the funding profile of the company to ensure that it is diverse and deep. Backed by over 18 years of experience in the global financial space and in portfolio management, Ashish has imparted a dynamic approach to launching his Fintech venture in India. Under his leadership, the company uses technology and analytics at its core to provide a high-risk management style, while consistently providing a better customer experience. He has envisaged a mission for Fibe to become the first choice of credit for every digital Indian. In the very short time of five years, Fibe has achieved the milestone of disbursing more than 2.8 million loans worth $1 billion. Previously, Ashish was associated with Bajaj Allianz Group where he was responsible for assets under management (AUM) of $7 billion. As a seasoned veteran in the industry, he has an extremely deep understanding of the financial markets in the country. He was honored with the ‘Most Astute Bond Manager’ award in 2011 by Asset Magazine, Singapore. Ashish is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. When away from work, he loves reading on diverse topics of interest.
