We are pleased to announce the upcoming webinar with Scott Lee & Mr. Piotr Zembrowski, CFA on 9th December 2020, 5.30 pm IST.
ARX (https://www.arx.cfa) is an online research hub co-created and co-owned by CFA Institute and CFA societies in Asia Pacific. It brings together a variety of stakeholders in the finance and investment management industry to share, learn, and engage on industry topics specific to the region.
ARX offers free access to over 3,800 research articles, reports, and webinars, with new content submitted daily by researchers, financial institutions, and CFA societies in APAC. The ARX team and the societies collaborate closely to identify best submissions and leverage them to organize online and offline events on topics such as ESG, AI and Robotics, investment strategies, and market outlook. The team also partners with regulators, government organizations, and other authorities on investor protection and education initiatives.
Our speakers for the session, Mr. Scott Lee, Director of ARX, CFA Institute, and Mr. Piotr Zembrowski, CFA, Manager of Advocacy Research and Content, CFA Institute, will brief us about the functionality of ARX and the ways it can be used to enhance knowledge and build professional network..
Speaker:
Mr. Scott Lee is the director of Asia-Pacific Research Exchange (ARX) – a research hub that brings together like-minded finance and investment management professionals to share, learn and engage on industry topics and trends specific to the APAC region. Leveraging ARX, Scott and the team organized 200+ online and offline seminars on topics like investment outlook, sector analysis, ESG, AI & Robotics. Prior to joining CFA Institute, Scott served in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) managing brand and marketing as well as institutional partnerships for almost five years. Scott possesses Bachelor of Banking and Finance and Bachelor of Computing from Monash University, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Leicester University and Master of International Management from Colorado State Global University.
Piotr Zembrowski, CFA, is manager of advocacy research and content for Asia Pacific at CFA Institute. He conducts research into financial regulation, to support the advocacy team’s development and promotion of capital markets policy perspectives in Asia Pacific. He is also responsible for content management and editorial aspects of Asia-Pacific Research Exchange (ARX), an online research-publishing platform. Piotr has 13 years of experience in the financial industry in Canada and four years’ experience as a financial journalist in Hong Kong. He earned his CFA charter in 2006.
