MS Excel Tables and Dynamic array significantly increases the capability of financial models and significantly reduces spreadsheet risk. However, it requires more professional approach to financial modeling, and it also requires higher level of mathematical skills.
In this session, participants would learn how to build a financial forecasting model using tables and dynamic array. Participants would also learn how to apply mathematical concepts such as numerical series, matrix multiplication and logarithms in the context of financial modeling.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Viswanathan M.B is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, research, consulting and training. He is currently working as a consultant and trainer. He provides consulting on financial modeling, MIS designing and spreadsheet risk assessment. In training, he has conducted over 5,000 hours of training program to students and professionals across the globe. Some of the organizations where he has conducted the training include Ernst & Young, Gulf Investment Corporation, HSBC, ISB-Hyderabad, Mauritius Financial Services Commission, Shapoorji Pallonji group and Vodafone. He is also a visiting faculty at various leading B-Schools and teaches various subjects including financial modeling, financial engineering and structured finance, and actuarial science for life insurance. In his last role, he served as AVP-Training at Citigroup Global Markets. He holds FCA, CFA and FRM designations.
