Darshna is a seasoned HR professional with an unconventional entry into the profession with  over 15 years of experience. She  heads ITI Group's latest venture into the Gold Loan Business. She is designated at the Managing Director of ITI Gold Loan. She fosters and encourages a culture which is based on the bedrock of collaborative working, creativity,  innovation, and forward thinking. Before joining ITI Group she has worked with LKP Finance in the Forex Department where she was responsible for sales & Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd where she was responsible for Sales and Marketing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients ( API ) for Latin American countries. She is on the Directorship of various companies and is also the Director of Krishna Vrundavan Pratishthan, a trust that supports educational needs of Adivasi students.

Manish is a financial services professional with over 25 years of experience in origination, credit risk assessment, risk management, syndication, and business transformation in the Asia-Pacific region. Within the mentioned functional categories, he has handled various products, including infrastructure finance, structured finance, trade finance, and investment banking.

From July 2015 to December 2023, he served as the managing director of Tata Cleantech Capital (TCCL), the world's first private sector Green Investment Bank, jointly promoted by Tata Capital Ltd and International Finance Corporation (IFC). During his tenure, the company, starting from scratch, funded/syndicated over 350 projects in the clean-tech sector. Additionally, the company executed several marquee advisory assignments and partnered with global climate finance investors to channelize low-cost funds into the clean-tech sector in India. In November 2018, the company was chosen as the “Best RE Financier of the Year-NBFC” at the 2nd Edition of the Green Finance Awards. In September 2019, it was inducted into the Global Green Bank network, comprising Green Banks from countries like the US, UK, Japan, and Australia. In June 2021, TCCL won the Earth Care Award sponsored by Times of India under the category of Enterprise in the Renewable Energy Space. 

Starting January 1st, 2024, TCCL has merged with Tata Capital Ltd. In the merged entity, Manish is Chief Operating Officer, Corporate & Cleantech Finance, with responsibilities to oversee Cleantech Finance, Large Corporate, Mid Corporate, and Emerging Corporate Verticals.

For two consecutive years, in February 2019 and February 2020, Manish was presented the “100 Top Most Influential BFSI Leaders” award by the World BFSI Congress, recognizing the contribution made by TCCL in the war against climate change.

Prasun Gajri, CFA is the Chief Investment Officer at HDFC Life. Prior to joining HDFC Life, he was associated with Citibank N.A and Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Gajri holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

With a combined experience of over 14 years in clinical healthcare, consulting and executive search, Shilpa brings rich advisory experience to her current role. She presently serves as a Director for Financial Services & Fintechs, at EMA Partners, India, a leading global search firm. She previously held positions at a boutique search company, where she spearheaded leadership hiring for Asset Management and Alternatives. Shilpa, in the last decade, has been instrumental in driving numerous high-impact CXO-level searches and New Buildouts within the financial services sector.

Koel Ghosh is a seasoned professional currently consulting as the Head of Strategic Initiatives at ETF Junction, a fintech platform dedicated to  providing both  local and global ETF intelligence. She is also the India Chapter Lead for Women in ETFs, a nonprofit organisation building a global community from the ETF ecosystem.

With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Koel has held key leadership roles driving regional and commercial strategies. As the former Head of South Asia at S&P Dow Jones Indices and the Managing Director and CEO of Asia Index Private Limited, a joint venture index business with BSE, she has spearheaded initiatives that have significantly contributed to the growth of passive investing in India.

Koel's passion for revolutionizing investment practices through education and advocacy has made her a recognized figure in the realm of passive investing. Her comprehensive expertise in asset management spans various renowned financial institutions such as Thompson Reuters, UTI Asset Management, and IL&FS Asset Management Limited.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Koel's outstanding contributions to the finance sector have been acknowledged by the Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI), which named her one of the top 100 women in finance in India in 2019.

With her deep experience and strength in building growth strategies, she aids in developing robust frameworks, paving the way for innovative solutions and profitable businesses.

Mr. Ghelani has been working for the DSP Group since 2003. The DSP Group has a legacy of more than 150 years, making it one of the oldest and most respected financial services firms in India. He is currently head of passive investments and products. Previously, he served as the business head and chief investment officer at DSP BlackRock Pension Fund Managers. Earlier in his career at DSP, he led the risk and quantitative analysis team, providing quantitative research inputs and buy-side credit research on companies across various sectors.

Mr. Ghelani has also worked at IL&FS Mutual Fund and at S. R. Batliboi, a member firm of EY. He has been a volunteer with the CFA Society India for more than a decade. Mr. Ghelani is a CFA charterholder, Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
